If your app unexpectedly quits, stops responding or won't open, then try the following:
Close the app and restart it again
Kill all running apps and try restarting again
Turn off your device and switch it on. Then try to launch the app
Make sure you are using the latest version of the app
Delete and reinstall the app
Make sure you have a working data plan on your carrier's network or Wi-Fi connection with internet access

Q. What mobile network is needed for Yelligo to work and what bandwidth is used by Yelligo?
Yelligo works on any mobile network provided it has GPRS enabled, 3G is recommended but Yelligo works in 2G as well. Yelligo uses very less bandwidth in average 100 to 200 mb if kept open all day.
Q. How much battery Yelligo uses?
Yelligo uses battery similar to application using location access as location is key part of Yelligo.
Q. Is mobile network required always when using Yelligo?
On important communications like accessing plan data or altering the plan status mobile network is required.
Q. Can tracking be disabled in application?
This access is there at your administrator, please contact your company's administrator for disabling this.
Q.How Yelligo hosted and can we have private hosting if required?
We take care of hosting to reduce your troubles but if you want to have yelligo hosted privately we can get that done as well.

This might be disabled by your administrator, please contact administrator for the same.
Q. I am not able to login into Yelligo application?
You need an account to login which is created by your admin, if admin has created your account then account might have been blocked. Please contact your admin to re-enable or create your account.
Q. I am not able to use Yelligo application in Android?
You should have android which is higher than 4.3, yelligo only supports OS version > 4.3, if that is not problem please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be there to help you.
Q. Team trace is not working?
Team trace required to load map which required internet, please check your internet connection and try with different network to check if that is because of network.
Q. I have changed my mobile number, how to change it?
You can access profile section in Yelligo application and change mobile number, if you don’t have access to your login credentials please contact your administrator.
Q. I have changed my email id, how to change it?
Email id can only be changed by your administrator, please contact your administrator to get it changed.
Q. I am migrating from Android to Iphone or vice versa, what to do?
Yelligo is supported in Android and IPhone, download application from respective store and login with your credentials on doing so all data will be where it was you left.
Q. I have not checked-out what will happen?
If you have not checked out of client then you can check in to other client. Nothing will happen if you don’t day check-out but there will be gap in your report so we suggest to check out as soon as your work is done.
Q. If i don’t check-in will still Yelligo track?
Yelligo will only track if you day check-in before that tracking is not enabled.
